Lord of Ultima on Blackberry!
The new game Lord of Ultima from EA will not currently run on blackberry. Much to our disappointment of course. But there’s still hope since we are dealing with EA, maybe it will become possible in the future. Another factor you might consider is whether they will develop an app that will give you updates on your realm so that you know what you’re being attacked and such. This could prove useful and not hurt EA in their current $$ making through the diamond currency in the game. This being said there is nothing in the works as far as my research can show that says we as LoU gamers will see an app in the near future. Fingers crossed…. and until next time.

Fishing Report – Westport, WA – Sea Bass
September 5, 2011
Well it was a beautiful day out on the water down at Westport. Doesn’t look like the Salmon are into the Marina yet but I saw a lot of nice fish come in on the boats. Fished on the other side of Fisherman’s Warf and had a nice Sea Bass rise up on my lure this evening. Hope to make it back next week so I’ll let ya know.

Seahawks game 1 against San Francisco
Are we ready? Are the players at the stage they need to be? I think so! I think that all Seahawks fans should be excited about this year. There’s no doubt in my mind, no question that we will be division winners and might be able to do something great in the postseason as well. To see the Pete Carroll post game report is viewable here!

Runescape on HTC Evo 4G!
The very thought of being able to play a FREE mmorpg like Runescape on a mobile device anywhere is mind boggling. Going back all the way to Runescape Classic days where everything was 2D and the game play was sub par to now where we are seeing graphics as well as gameplay/video improvements. But, as we look at these we are still dealing with Java and unfortunately our phones do not support this form of Java. I don’t see this becoming possible in the near future either unfortunately I believe that RS is going to be left in the past with this improvement although I do believe that the game will be around for many years to come.

Lord of Ultima on Kindle Fire
So, seeing as how Lord of Ultima “lou” will run properly on my HTC EVO 4G but not on my Kindle Fire I’m inclined to believe that instead of it being a hardware issue its a browser problem. And since Amazon only wants you to use their own personal browser I would say the only way to get lou to run on a Kindle Fire would be with Chrome running. Lame I know, I know, but the Kindle browser and limited Android market that Amazon provides you with you’re
